RETURN POLICY & PROCESS
At be.dainty., we want to make sure you love every item you purchase from us. If you order something that doesn't work out, we will be more than happy to issue a refund or allow you to pick another in stock item to exchange.
Please notify us via email of any return(s) prior to sending them to us.
Returns must be post marked within 15 (fifteen) days of the date you receive your shipment.
Returns must be received in original, unused condition. Please include a copy of the invoice.
Your credit will be issued within 1-2 days of receiving your returned item(s) from you. You are notified via email that your credit back has been issued.
Due to order volume and and scarcity of stock we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item in a different size. We cannot guarantee that the same item will be in stock but we will do our best to get you the item you want.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All items are checked and rechecked prior to shipping. It is our goal and duty to deliver items that are in perfect condition. However, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation for you.
