All Continental U.S. orders will receive FREE US Postal Service First Class Mail shipping.
This does not apply to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or International shipments. These orders will recieve free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
If you live outside of the US and Canada and would like to place an order, email us at email@example.com and we can give you shipping costs.
All orders take 2-3 days to process.
After processing, allow 2-5 days to receive your package. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has been shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report
RETURN POLICY & PROCESS
At be.dainty., we want to make sure you love every item you purchase from us. If you order something that doesn't work out, we will be more than happy to issue a refund or allow you to pick another in stock item to exchange.
Please notify us via email of any return(s) prior to sending them to us.
Returns must be post marked within 15 (fifteen) days of the date you receive your shipment.
Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you.
Your credit will be issued within 2-3 days of receiving your returned item(s) from you. You are notified via email that your credit back has been issued.
We cannot guarantee that the same item will be in stock. We will do our best to get you the item you want if you are looking to exchange.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All items are checked and rechecked prior to shipping. It is our goal and duty to deliver items that are in perfect condition. However, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation for you.
