Hey everyone! So I really wanted to make this into a video, but I am so swamped with shoots for work that I have absolutely no time to film for myself! This haul is from the Sephora VIB sale, which was 20% off. I decided to place my order online because that was just easier for me. I didn’t get too many makeup items (shocking, I know), but that’s purely because I am going to IMATS and BeautyCon in January, so I really want to wait to do one huge purchase there. I have each item linked so that you can get more info on them if you would like. Let’s get into it!

The first items I want to talk about are my samples I chose. Unfortunately they did not really have the best selection, so I decided that I would try out some new fragrances. I am always looking for yummy scents! DSC_0663I decided on the Cartier Baiser Vole, which is a lily/floral scented perfume. This is such a light, airy scent that I feel like would be great for spring time.

For my second sample, I wanted to try out something that it seems like everyone talks about, and that is the Daisy Dream by Marc Jacobs. First off, I want the full size for the packaging alone. I love it! This is another sweet smelling floral scent.

Lastly, I decided to try the Erborian Bamboo Waterlock Mask. I’m most excited about this sample because it’s a new-to-sephora Asian skincare line!

On to the good stuff. I purchased a LOT of skincare because I am slowly transitioning into a vegetarian/vegan organic lifestyle, and I want my beauty products to reflect this as well. I am still finishing up all of the products I already own, but I wanted to take advantage of this sale to get some goodies! Also, check out my Lush Haul to see some more natural beauty products I picked up!

DSC_0676Let’s start with makeup, since there isn’t too much. First up, I decided to finally bite the bullet and try the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer. I got mine in the shade Chantilly and oh lordy was this pricey. I haven’t played around too much with it yet, but keep your eyes open for some new videos featuring this!

DSC_0674Next, I picked up the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in the shade Patina, because everyone has been raving about not only this shade, but this product in general. I wore this yesterday to set, and I have to say, I absolutely HATE this. I hate everything about it. I will have a new post on Friday all about why I dislike this so much, so be sure you’re signed up for email alerts!

DSC_0677The last makeup item I picked up is the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper. This is by far my favorite liquid liner ever. Definitely my holy grail, and yes, this was a repurchase. I believe at this point I have owned about 4, and they last so long (my current one has none of the writing on the packaging anymore)!

On to skincare. So the way I decided on what to buy was purely filling in any gaps from my Lush haul. So whatever items I still needed for my skincare regimen, I picked up during this sale.

DSC_0666I really wanted a facial oil this time around, because I have never owned one. Picking one out was the biggest struggle I found during this sale. There are seriously so many choices. I really wanted to try the Herbivore Lapis oil, but unfortunately it was sold out. I might still order it though. I decided on this Nude Progenius Rescue Oil because it had every property I was looking for. This says it will not only keep skin clear, but refine texture and help with anti-aging. I can’t wait to start using this!

DSC_0672A big part of my skincare is masking. I absolutely have to use face masks at least once a week. This Origins Original Skin Retexturizing mask really called out to me because not only is it pink (my absolute favorite color), but it once again says that it helps with texture and evening out skintone. I have used this once so far, and it made my skin feel ridiculously smooth after I washed it off. I can’t wait to play around with it more and let you all know how it goes.

DSC_0680The last skin care item I purchased is this Korres Pomegranate Toner. I am most excited about this because it also is supposed to help with evening out skin tone. I have not been able to find a toner that works for my skin type yet, so I am really hoping this one does the trick. It does say that it is for oily to combo skin, and I do have dry skin, but online I read the reviews and people with my kind of skin still loved it, so fingers crossed!

I randomly wandered into the hair section online, as you do when you are browsing the website at 11:30 at night, waiting for midnight to hit so your coupon works. A couple of items caught my attention, which made me NEED to get them, since I am super picky with my hair care.

DSC_0668The first thing is this adorable Hair to Go set from VERB. This comes with four travel size products and I can not wait to take this with me to LA! They do have a bigger set of products that comes with one other item, and I am not going to lie, I kind of regret not getting that set.

DSC_0670Lastly, I picked up this Ghost Oil from VERB as well. I was super intrigued with this product, mainly for the name. I have used this once so far, and OH MY GOD I love it. I will definitely be repurchasing once I run out. This does such a good job of smoothing down frizziness, and helping your hair dry with so much shine and movement!

I did also pick up some Makeup Brush Wipes from the Sephora brand, but they are already in my kit! I haven’t tried them out yet, but I hope they work well.

So that is everything from my haul! Let me know what other products are must-haves from Sephora, and what you got from the sale!
